This is why we often promote partner’s personal training to those that seek our personalised services, as we know that sharing your experiences and having a greater level of accountability is a great way to stay on track with your fitness targets both in the short and long terms.

PERSONALISED FITNESS & NUTRITION

Having worked with individuals and groups in both the fitness and strength and conditioning industries for a number of years now, our experienced SB Fitness trainers have witnessed first-hand the achievements that exercisers attain from working with a clear set goals embedded into a structured personalised program.

We often hear stories of individuals who have followed generic online exercise programs and achieved little to no results due to a lack of understanding, poor technique, pre-existing injuries and low enjoyment levels. This is why we believe that creating an exercise program should always be a personalised service where the client works closely with the trainer to cater around important areas such as current fitness levels, injuries, illnesses, body composition, lifestyle, family and work commitments.

Our mission is to help as many people as possible change their lives through correct personalised exercise and nutrition. We aim to do this by providing all the tools, advice and support that is needed to succeed. Regardless of what previous exercise experience or barriers you may have, we guarantee that a tailored exercise and nutritional program can be created that will successfully help you achieve any training goal.

Not every willing exerciser has the time, travel capability and confidence to train in an open gym or studio environment with a personal trainer. At SB Fitness we recognise these facts and to fulfill our values of helping every person achieve their fitness potential we additionally offer the option to train with us in your home, outdoors or even at work.

AT HOME OR OUTDOORS

AT WORK

If training at home or outdoors is simply not possible due to time constraints we can additionally help you achieve your goals by providing fun, motivating and team building 1 to 1, couple’s and small or large group training for you in your place of work (terms and conditions apply).

Note: For any private session booked outside of the gym we will provide all equipment unless it has been stated in advance that you as the client prefer to use your own.
